We only collect what we need to answer your rental inquiry.

• Contact-form data — name, email, scooter model, dates, quantity, message. Used to reply to you and prepare your reservation. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Browser storage — your language preference and cookie-consent choice (see Cookie policy). Stored locally in your browser; not transmitted to us. Legal basis: necessary for the service (Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent for non-essential storage (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Server logs — IP address, User-Agent, and timestamp accompany every request. Used for security, spam prevention, and debugging. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• reCAPTCHA signals — Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form analyzes browser behaviour to block bots. See Google's privacy policy for details. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Within our organisation only the owner reads inquiries. Outside, we rely on a small set of processors:

• Hosting provider — stores the website files and processes form submissions on its servers in the EU.
• Email service (Gmail / your domain mailbox) — delivers and stores your message in our inbox.
• Google LLC — provides reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts and the embedded Maps. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Inquiry emails: up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted. Server logs: typically 30 days. Browser storage (language, consent): until you clear it yourself or until 12 months pass without a visit.

You can exercise any of the following rights at any time — just email us:

• Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data (the "right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — ask us to temporarily stop processing your data.
• Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, for any consent-based processing.

Some third-party services (Google reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, Google Maps) may transfer data to servers outside the EU/EEA, including the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. No other transfers take place.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change anything substantial, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where it's a meaningful change, surface a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
